About Patti
Patti has negotiated successful legislation and worked on community initiatives from Washington, DC to Sacramento. She has managed numerous public/private partnerships including with the National Football League (NFL) and the National Basketball Association (NBA). Her work with the nonprofit Get Schooled Foundation helped increase the use of technology in college access and raised over $250,000 for high-poverty high schools across the state, while improving low-income students’ access to the state’s Cal Grant financial aid fund. She served five years on the steering committee for Steps to College, the largest college and career fair for Latinx students in northern California, with the Mexican Consulate for Sacramento.
Patti holds a BA in Advertising and an MS in Mass Communications from San Jose State University. She served as an adjunct Assistant Professor in Radio, Television and Film at Cosumnes River College in Sacramento.
